Summary
Gain a better understanding of why we are experiencing more extreme weather conditions in Napa Valley and learn about climate-smart farming and management practices to make our vineyards more adaptable and resilient.
This edition is split into three parts. First, we understand the basics of climate science (why climate change is happening, how we know, what science tells us, etc.). In the second part, we explore the consequences of climate change and what they look like for different parts of the world and entities (governments, companies, and individuals). Finally, we bring all the knowledge absorbed in the morning to our industry to ensure that we understand what actions might be more impactful to mitigate climate impacts and adapt to climate change.
