Job Satisfaction Project

The Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation has collaborated with the University of California Cooperative Extension on a project focused on enhancing farmworker well-being by promoting equitable working conditions.

The heart of agriculture thrives through the hands of dedicated farmworkers. Every vine, every harvest gathered, and every vineyard tended reflects unwavering commitment and hard work.

This project is designed to elevate the voices, celebrate the efforts, and improve the well-being of those who make this vital industry flourish.

Job Satisfaction Survey

At the heart of this project, is an anonymous survey that empowers farmworkers to share work environment insights providing employers with valuable data for meaningful improvements. This information enables employers to: address labor issues such as turnover, boost company productivity, and support farmworker well-being.

Engage employee participation in the survey in the following ways:

  • Schedule a Visit: Schedule a time for a UCCE and FWF staff member to visit your site to share information about survey participation

  • Email: Email your teams about the survey with quick-access survey links

  • Print: Print the flyer and post to bulletin boards around your workplace or share it directly with managers and supervisors
