Help Transform the Lives of Farmworkers

Each contribution to the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation creates transformative change, supporting initiatives that elevate Napa Valley’s farmworker community. This generosity ensures that complimentary, essential resources—education and professional development—are available to all farmworkers.

Whether through a one-time donation, monthly contribution, or legacy gift, each offering provides resources to help uphold the Foundation's mission to ensure farmworkers have the resources to thrive.

Why give?

  • Empowerment Through Education

Donations provide vital educational programs that help farmworkers and their families build brighter futures, with access to skills training, English language classes, financial literacy, and more.

  • Building Stronger Communities

Supporting the Foundation invests in a ripple effect of positive change that strengthens the local community. When farmworkers thrive, the entire Napa Valley benefits.

  • Uplifting Families

Generosity helps create family-focused initiatives that support learning, wellness, and opportunity, ensuring farmworker families have the resources to flourish.

  • Celebrating Hard Work and Dedication

Napa Valley’s wine industry is built on the dedication and resilience of its farmworkers. Donations honor these contributions and provide pathways to greater recognition and reward.

  • Creating a Legacy of Opportunity

Foundation programs allow farmworkers to reach their full potential, contributing to a legacy of opportunity that will impact generations to come.

  • Compassion in Action

Donating reflects compassion, helping those who work tirelessly in the fields to feel valued, supported, and seen for their vital role in the community.

  • Making a Tangible Difference

Every dollar donated directly supports impactful programs that make real differences in the lives of farmworkers—from professional development to health and wellness resources.

  • Building Dreams

Contributions help farmworkers pursue dreams that once seemed out of reach, whether it’s learning a new skill, advancing careers, or setting up children for success.

  • Creating Change Together

Donations join a compassionate community of supporters who work to bring hope, opportunity, and transformation to Napa’s farmworkers and their families.

“The Farmworker Foundation is truly farmworker-driven. The team listens to the needs of those they serve—the key to their success.”

Annual Sponsor

“There is no question the Foundation’s programming works. We experience the ROI day after day.”

Employer

“The courses and events are just right. Everyone is so positive and welcoming. It sounds funny, but it really inspires me.”
