Summary

Train-the-Trainer classes offer Napa County farmworkers a meaningful opportunity for professional growth. The Heat Illness Prevention Train-the-Trainer course is an opportunity to become a qualified trainer and ensure team safety and company regulatory compliance.

Trainers will learn interactive methods, critical thinking, and regulatory updates in order to train others on heat illness signs, hydration, and compliance essentials.

This program is for supervisors who provide safety training for others. Limit two registrations per company.
