Rolando is a native of Napa who has spent his entire life working in the valley’s vineyards. After receiving his degree from Fresno State University, Rolando joined one of Napa’s Largest and Most respected vineyard management companies, Walsh Vineyards Management. Where he has worked his way up to Vice President of Wine Growing & Business Development. Rolando oversees vineyard operations in Napa, Sonoma & Lake County, also consulting in both Mexico and Spain. His passion for grape growing has earned him a spot on the Wine Business Monthly as one of the industry’s Top 50 Leaders of 2020. Rolando’s ultimate goal is to provide a voice and path for a life-changing opportunity to those who want to make their dream a reality in the wine industry.
